How It All Started

In 2007, two successful, smaller businesses merged to form Voyage Home Loans. Today, the company has grown to over 100 employees with thriving branches across America, and was honored in October 2009 with the prestigious A+ Employees’ Choice Award from the Sacramento Business Journal.

Voyage is not only pleased to offer the best loan services available, but we are proud to be deeply involved in community and Green efforts, while giving back to local and national charities on a regular basis.

Your Feedback Matters

We are committed to making each and every experience with Voyage a smooth and reliable one. To ensure that our customer service remains at the forefront of the industry, we offer three separate opportunites during and after the loan process to fill out a survey about your experience.

These surveys are entirely voluntary, though we appreciate all feedback and take every piece of criticism and praise to heart

Within three days, you will receive an e-mail from our president's office, asking about how your experience has been.

Before the closing of your loan, you will be sent either another e-mail survey or a call from our operations team, checking with you to make sure that your experience has been a positive one.

Finally, you will get a postcard from us after closing, where we will donate twenty-five dollars on your behalf to one of our affiliated charities.
