We’ll know the right person because he/she will possess a sales and business acumen second to none and understand all the ins and outs of this niche type role.

To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self starter with a minimum of 2 - 4 years experience selling loans. You’re someone who understands how to build a desk and utilize all leads and resources given to them on a daily basis. We want true Mortgage Specialists to sell and not process so no hold up in paperwork as you'll have your own support staff person to process for you. You have to be passionate and driven to succeed in originating and selling loans. We're seeking and compensating only the best of the best!
