We expect our branches to follow Voyage guidelines. Don’t worry. We’ll help you work through the proper procedures in order to maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Integrity and Customer Service—We do what we say we are going to do, and we expect the same from you. It is the responsibility of each member of the Voyage team to provide excellent customer service to each and every borrower. Furthermore, each vendor and business affiliate shall be treated with courtesy and professionalism.
• Production—Minimum production standards need to be maintained in order to remain in good standing with Voyage Home Loans.
• Zero Fraud Policy—Voyage does not tolerate fraud or misrepresentation. Unfortunately, our industry has been scarred by the acts of a few, and it reflects on the reputations of all of us. It is the responsibility of everyone to ensure proper and ethical business is conducted at all times. Our legal team constantly monitors operations and will prosecute for violations! Our fraud policy is zero tolerance.
