Our mission is for every customer to have a smooth sailing experience with every transaction. We are committed to more than just the industry’s lowest rates. Our business was built on our unparalleled expertise and impeccable customer service. We guarantee accuracy and efficiency from the point of mortgage application to the closing of your loan. Simply put, if we do not provide the services promised based on circumstances within our control we will waive our processing fee.
While every customer’s situation is different, the high expectations we place upon ourselves are consistent for every client. To ensure the highest quality service possible, we actively solicit feedback throughout the loan process.
Loan Application- Within three days of taking a complete application with Voyage Home Loans, you will receive an email survey allowing you to evaluate your initial experience.
Prior to Loan Signing- A custom pre-close presentation is made verifying information such as mailing addresses, best contact numbers for loan support, and escrow accounts. At this point a verbal survey is given by management providing our clients with an opportunity to rate both their mortgage specialist and the company.
After Loan Funding- Upon the closing of the loan a customer comment card is sent asking for a final rating from one to five. We have very high expectations of ourselves and expect all 5’s. Anything lower, is an opportunity for improvement.
