When I got the email from Loan Specialist, my first thought was “not another person who is going to try to refinance my loan and then mysteriously drop off the planet,” but my second thought was, “gee these testimonials say that he was able to do what others couldn’t so maybe I should give him a  chance”.  I checked out Voyage Mortgage and they have an A+ rating from the BBB, so I responded. My Loan Specialist was always reachable, he explains things, he’s honest, and he gets the deal closed when others can’t. I really liked how he patiently answered all my questions so that the process was transparent! I am so happy that I took a chance and answered his email. He’s absolutely amazing.
