I am writing in regards to a loan application for my girlfriend, who along with myself, would like to tell you about the absolutely wonderful customer service that we received from our Loan Specialist. Despite the fact that our loan was ultimately rejected, the tireless effort that she gave forth and her professional and warm interaction with us left with such a great experience that we would very highly recommend her to anybody who would be looking for a loan. She was always very responsive to any of our inquiries even though we were constantly asking question after question, and even more impressive was her ability to be extremely proactive about any of the tasks that we needed to be done immediately. We know that we were not the only customer she was working with, but she always made us feel like we were the priority, which I'm sure she was doing for all her customers. Customer service like this should not go unnoticed, and we just wanted to write you a quick note about the accolades that she deserves!
