Sacramento FHA Refinance Mortgage company, Voyage Home Loans, is hoping to spread summer joy to the women and children of St. Joseph’s Shelter in Sacramento. Voyage will be donating children’s clothing, housing supplies, and summer items to the shelter on Monday, June 20.
St. John’s Shelter Program for Women and Children is the only shelter in Sacramento that exclusively supports homeless women with children. Up to 100 women and their children can be admitted to the shelter’s 90-day program where they receive various services, including schooling, counseling, and a safe environment for their advancement into self-sufficiency.
In addition to offering home loan services, Voyage diligently strives to make a difference in people’s lives through monthly charitable endeavors and community outreach events. Voyage employees have shown tremendous support for the women and children of St. John’s shelter through their donation contributions.
"We are very proud to be able to improve the lives of the Women and Children of the St. John's shelter," said Josh Harmatz Voyage COO. "Our staff has stepped it up again and I am awful proud of their efforts to give back."
